As advocates of a free society we believe that freedom is earned not a God given right. It must be constantly mothered and protected from those who would take it away from us. It is the right of every law abiding citizen of the U.S.A. to protect his/her life, liberty, and their personal property by any means it takes, without fear of arrest, prosecution, or by lawsuit. The right to bear arms it a constitutional right to maintain personal freedom.
There is no place in a free society for the criminal element. A citizen should be able to protect his family and property by force if necessary and with deadly consequences to the criminals.
It is a fact that politicians, socialists, and communistic ideals are the greatest threat to personal freedom. Their misguided efforts have caused a catastrophe in the fields of education, criminal justice, and personal rights.
I have an idea--I have a great idea, although I'm not sure how lawmaking works so maybe this can't fly.
As much as I support the Arizona law, I say abandon it.
Abandon it before it takes effect. It only enforces US immigration policy. Instead adopt a law which reflects Mexican immigration policies. Adopt their laws. This will shut the mouths of all the "racist" callers, the mouths of all those Congressmen who gave Calderon a standing O, it will shut Obama's mouth as well. Everyone of those people who thinks Mexico is so superior will have nothing to say when we adopt their laws.
